Our Firm

Access Consulting, P.C. was founded in Missoula, Montana in 1999 to provide structural engineering and information technology consulting services to Architects and Facility Owners throughout the northwestern United States. Since our founding, we have successfully delivered projects in over twenty states spanning from Maine to California. 

Key Personnel

Paul DeWolfe, PE is the President and Founder of Access Consulting and serves as principal consultant for both the IT and Structural Engineering practice areas. Paul received his BS in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and his MS  in Structural Engineering from the University of Southern California. Paul is a registered Professional Engineer in Montana and five other states. Paul is also an Aruba Certified Mobility Professional and an Axis Certified Professional.

Travis Kukay, PE is our senior structural engineer and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our structural projects. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Montana and holds a National Council Record from the National Council of Examiners of Engineers and Surveyors. Travis holds a BS in General Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management, both from Montana Tech in Butte, MT. In addition to his structural engineering responsibilities, Travis applies his diverse engineering management experience to all of our major design and construction projects.
